Attitudes, words, and hospitality are ways of expressing kindness. They are very important for people's daily interactions. Being a kind person makes you charismatic, friendly, and brings positive energy. It's important to understand that negative energy shouldn't be accumulated, but rather neutralized.
Deep breathing can help ease the weight of feelings, balance your heartbeat, and transform your energy.
There is no need to judge other people's level of kindness, being kind is what we can give without receiving anything in return.
A kind person doesn't practice violent methods or the involuntary explosion of instincts. Maintaining a balance between reason and feelings demonstrates the individual's more human side.
Kindness is a form of love, attitudes are acts or ways of behaving, words contain great power and welcoming by listening to others are ways to generate kindness.
Kindness is very important in our interactions with others because it's through kindness that the exchange of energy, both positive and negative, occurs. It's as if someone meditating hears a snap of fingers or a loud scream.
If people shouted all the time, there would be no peace, and balance would be compromised. Interacting with others while sharing positive energy is essential to maintaining a healthy balance of power.
This neutralizes bad thoughts, discord, intrigue, and hatred. Your instincts may tell you this is a false attitude, one that runs counter to your nature. It's natural for the body to react to threats; with practice, good practices increase confidence, and the environment becomes harmonious and welcoming.
When we face a threat, the body triggers survival mechanisms: adrenaline, an accelerated heartbeat, and that tingling sensation on the skin. In these moments, breathing relieves pressure, as if you were having hiccups and needed to balance your heartbeat with the airflow in your lungs. Deep breathing balances your body and allows you to think about the best way to convey positive feelings.
Remember that the positive energy you generate isn't obligated to receive either negative or positive energy. Neutrality is something that comes in return from kindness. It's the natural path to balance, so by doing and acting with kindness, the natural response is neutrality, which keeps the environment under control.
A simple interaction would be a "good morning," a kind gesture toward someone. The recipient of this "good morning" won't necessarily respond positively with "good morning" or negatively with "how nice" or remain neutral, not responding, or ignoring the message. Note that there's a waiting period, something like anxiety, for a response to your interaction. This waiting shouldn't occur; simply don't expect anything in return.
People who display gentle behavior are not defenseless; showing kindness can soothe a beast's gaze. Fighters or armed individuals interacting with others are motivated by reason, not by causing fear in others. For countless reasons, reason and feelings in harmony lead to welcoming others.
